Before you start a maintenance plan
Maintenance plans are only for vehicles that are already in good condition or have recently received a full detail. If the vehicle has heavy dirt, stains, pet hair, odor, spills, or excessive buildup, a full detail may be required before starting a maintenance plan.

Monthly vs Bi-Weekly

Monthly
One visit every 4 weeks.
Best for lightly used vehicles, garage-kept vehicles, or customers who want simple consistent upkeep.
Bi-Weekly
One visit every 2 weeks.
Best for daily drivers, families, work vehicles, rideshare vehicles, and customers who want their vehicle kept clean more often.
Bi-weekly has a lower per-visit price because the vehicle is maintained more often and easier to clean each visit.
How Maintenance Plans Work
Request-based and approval-based — no auto-lock into recurring service.
Submit a request
Fill out the Maintenance Plan Request with your vehicle, plan, and preferred recurring day and time.
We review
Nova Auto Shine reviews the vehicle condition, photos, selected plan, and preferred schedule.
Approval
If the vehicle qualifies, we approve you and confirm the recurring appointment.
Confirmed schedule
You receive your confirmed recurring day and time.
Pay per visit
Payment is collected per visit — no forced subscription, no upfront lock-in.
Stays on the schedule
Your appointment repeats monthly or bi-weekly until you cancel or change it.

Maintenance Client Add-Ons
Add-on pricing for active maintenance clients.
Maintenance Plan Policies
Maintenance appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
If a vehicle's condition is beyond normal maintenance, additional charges may apply or the appointment may need to be upgraded to a full detail.
Maintenance plan pricing is based on regular upkeep. If appointments are skipped for too long, the vehicle may no longer qualify for maintenance pricing.
Nova Auto Shine reserves the right to require a full detail before restarting a maintenance plan if the vehicle becomes too dirty between visits.
