Pricing policy

All listed prices are starting estimates. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins, based on vehicle size, condition, pet hair, stains, and excessive dirt.

Weather policy

Bad weather may require rescheduling for service quality and safety. We'll reach out as early as possible and move you to the next available slot — no penalty.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee on future bookings.

Vehicle condition policy

We reserve the right to adjust pricing or decline service if a vehicle is in significantly worse condition than represented at booking.

Personal belongings policy

Please remove personal items, valuables, and trash before the appointment. We're not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

Stain removal disclaimer

We do our best on every stain and odor, but some may not be fully removable due to age, material, or prior damage. We'll always set realistic expectations.

Pet hair / excessive dirt fee

Vehicles with significant pet hair, mud, sand, or biohazards may incur an additional fee, communicated before service starts.

Large vehicle fee

SUVs, trucks, vans, and 3-row vehicles may carry a slight upcharge over standard sedan pricing.

Customer satisfaction policy

If something doesn't meet our standards, let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right.

Maintenance plan terms

Maintenance plans are designed for already-clean vehicles. An initial full detail or inspection may be required before enrollment. Plans can be paused or cancelled anytime — no contracts.

Deposits

Deposits may be required for larger jobs or first-time bookings. Deposits apply toward the final price.
